South Oxhey Station

Lorclon acted as Principal Contractor in the construction of 19no. single storey retail units plus offices in a 3 story building.

Lorclon’s package was for all works from Piling to completion of the units. The units were complete to a very high standard Air tested etc ready for Tenants to carry out their own fit-out works.

All external landscaping including new road layout and car park. All works were complete while maintaining access to a very busy Carpenters Park Rail station.
