Victoria Dock Portal was constructed to allow Trains to go from the existing surface rail track from the east to move underground into the Tunnelled section.

The Chelsea Embankment Foreshore site is located on the northern bank of the River Thames on Chelsea Embankment (A3212) between Albert Bridge and Chelsea Bridge Road.

Project includes railway embankment earthworks, toe drainage and CESS retention including Grundomat piling, installation of Armco barriers and GRP handrails.

Installation of a 50m of Precast culvert installed in Top and Bottom "U" Sections each weighing approx.

The Nine Mile Ride project is a new section of road (approx. 750m) which runs from Nine Mile Ride Extension to Park Lane road as a connection to a number of new housing estates.

Nine Elms is a London Underground station in Nine Elms, London. The station opened on 20 September 2021, as part of the Northern line extension to Battersea.

Works consist of the FRC construction works to form the Viaduct.

The works are to the North Access Road and Acoustic Fence to Cambridge Depot.

The scope of this project included the supply of Labour, Plant and Materials for excavation and installation works to install 3000m of Drainage & manhole construction to the new East West Rail line.

The project was to bring unused land within the DLR Depot to the same level as the remaining depot to enable the extension of the depot.

Lorclon acted as Principal Contractor in the construction of 19no. single storey retail units plus offices in a 3 story building.
